Faculty

Our full-time professors are dedicated to inspiring, training, challenging, and mentoring students both inside and outside the classroom. In addition to teaching, they model their commitment to academic and musical excellence through their own performance careers and varied forms of scholarship. The department is also supported by a superb team of adjunct and applied faculty—the latter offering private lessons across a wide spectrum of standard orchestral and other instruments.
